    Ghost Rider (Comics)

    *Nether-fire Manipulation (I guess if you really want to you could call it H***fire)
    *Superhuman Durability (Maybe altered to where the projectiles are destroyed)
    *Penance Stare
    *Healing Factor
    *Fire Immunity
    *Saturation
    *Holy Weakness

    +99% Damage Reduction
    +250% Attack Damage
    +10 Punch Damage
    +25% Sprint Speed
    +11 Fall Resistance
    +1.5 Jump Height

    Ghost Rider's Chain Whip: This weapon can be summoned by Ghost Rider by using Suit Ability 4. On left-click it will lash out and stop once it either hits something doing +7 punch damage and lighting them on fire or it reaches it's 50 block limit. On right-click the chain will lash out and wrap around the first mob/player it hits and then drag them to 5 blocks away from the player. While the mob/player is wrapped up by the chain they won't be able to move without hurting themselves or damage anything/break blocks. When the mob/player is wrapped up left-click will crush them doing damage and right-click will release them.

    New Powers/Weaknesses

    Nether-fire Manipulation: This ability is essentially pyrokinesis but it does more damage and has a 25% chance to do permanent damage. Permanent damage takes off half a heart that won't regenerate until the player's/mob's death.

    Penance Stare: If the player is within 5 blocks and looking at their target they can use the penance stare and it will use all the damage that the mob/player has done to any other mobs/players and inflict it upon them. For players it will use their past 5 lives. Also I should note that this won't work on players/mobs with the blindness effect or suits that are blind such as Daredevil.

    Holy Weakness: Suits with this weakness will take 2x the damage from weapons with the enchantment "Holy" but since things can get out of hand, "Sharpness" won't count towards it. This enchantment can only be put on by a priest in a village for a price. The enchantment is not available via enchantment table.

    Saturation: You don't run out of hunger.

    Extra Notes

    All weapons will inflict fire including projectiles.

    Able to switch in and out of ghost rider form using right shift

    Uhm, while I don't think Fisk is planning on adding a lot of non DC/Marvel superheroes, this was a nice list.
    But keep in mind that having Goku in this mod is not only useless (there is a perfectly working and animated DBZ mod out there) but also would be a massive threat for starting fan wars and discussions.
    Goku and Superheroes in the same mod don't mix well, mostly because of the fans.

    I will not be adding any characters from video games / animes, unless Marvel/DC. This includes Mortal Combat, Street Fighter, Overwatch, One Punch Man, Dragon Ball, etc.

    As well as that, damage reduction is dictated by tier, as well as material cost is calculated based on stats. You might as well stop suggesting those.

    All but the Marvel and DC ones were jokes, ik very well that this is a mod that focuses on Marvel and DC, I was just bored XD

    Ragman (DCTVU) Tier 3

    Passive attributes:

    *Mystical cloak
    -Immunity to fire and projectiles (He survived the full force of a nuke and one of Oliver's arrows bounced off of him, duh)
    *Suit materialization
    -Suit can be stored in the form of a "rag patch" (Like A.T.O.M. or a speedster suit)
    *Kinetic suit control
    -Can send out cloth tentacles by holding M2 (I can't think of a better word for this) that allow him to drag people towards him or grapple towards them. Can also be used to scale buildings (like a grapple arrow or grapple gun)

    Possible attribute if it could be coded:
    *Soul steal
    -Attacks chip away at the victims soul, powering up Ragman with their life force

    Damage/Movement attributes:
    +5 punch damage
    +30% sprint speed
    +2 jump height
    +4 fall resistance

    The soul drain could work as a kind of poison or wither effect, slowly depleting your enemies health while ragman has some sort of lifesteal effect.

    Also, might I suggest Parachute arrows? They could be pretty useful.
    Also, I think Batman needs his gliding to be a bit slower, am I the only one who finds it a bit "unrealistic" ?

    Poison Ivy (Comics) Tier 2
    *Chlorokinesis
    *Poison Touch
    *Poison Immunity
    *Plant Physiology
    +4 Punch Damage
    +5 Fall Resistance
    Abilities
    -Vine Bind: If the enemy is standing on a grass block or near any kind of plant, press N to bind them to the ground, rendering them unable to attack or move. This lasts for 10 seconds.
    -Root Attack: Press H to make roots sprout from the ground around you, all dealing 4 damage. This works similarly to Geomancer's Earthquake. However each vine only attacks once.
    -Vine Whip: Press J to use plants nearby to lash out with a thorny vine, dealing 8 damage upon hit.
    -Poison Kiss: This poisons the enemy with poison that intesifies over time, dealing default poison damage at first then increasing damage over time. This would have 1 block range. The poison lasts for 1 minute.
    Other
    -Plant Physiology poisons enemies when they hit you. However, the poison only lasts for 2 seconds. It also grants immunity to Cactus spikes and hitting senor cactus etc
    -Poison Touch poisons enemies similarly to plant physiology when you hit them.
    -She is largely useless without nearby plants and against characters with Cellular Regeneration.
    -Right click on a grass block to grow stuff similarly to bonemeal.
    -No fall damage on grass blocks and plant blocks

    As a further addition, to this character, that I recently had an idea about:

    His kinetic suit control (the grapple ability) could also inflict asphyxiation, the same mechanic as if they were drowning, to anyone he is grappled onto, continuously. All the player would have to do is hold down M2 instead of letting it go as soon as they got to their target, but, obviously, he wouldn't be able to punch. This is because of how Ragman was seen, in Arrow episode 5x02, using his suit to choke out people. This could give him a further edge in battle, especially against fast or flying targets, besides what he already has.

    Peek-a-Boo (DCTVU) Tier 1

    *Teleportation:
    -Peek-a-boo can teleport anywhere she can see. As long as it is within view, she can go there. This ability does not work in areas where the light level is below a certain threshold.

    Passive attributes:
    +2 Punch Damage

    Everyman
    (DCTVU) Tier 1

    *Transformation:
    -Everyman can transform himself into the first suit/animal/mob he touches, for 10 minutes, gaining all of their abilities and stats in the process. This only works if he is the one to establish contact, not if he is damaged.

    Passive attributes of base suit:
    +3 Punch Damage
    +2 Fall resistance

    Blackout (DCTVU) Tier

    Abilities:

    *Lightning bolt
    -Blackout throws a bolt of lightning using M2 that does damage

    *Overcharge
    -Blackout, using the H key, can discharge a large force field of electricity (much like an EMP) that does damage to every mob/player in the area. This ability does less damage than Lightning Bolt but is better for multiple threats

    *Drain
    -This is a side effect of Lightning Bolt where any speedsters hit by it have their more of their speed drained the more they are hit by it for an amount of time that is dependent upon how many times they were hit

    Passive attributes of base suit:
    +3 Punch Damage
    +2 Fall resistance
    +20% Sprint speed
    +1 Jump height

    Scarecrow (Comics) Tier 2
    *Fear Toxin
    +3 Punch Damage
    +3 Fall Resistance
    +0.5 Jump Height
    Abilities
    -Fear Toxin Blast: Scarecrow uses Fear Toxin to make the enemies see their worst fear (well, not in this case). People who are hit by this would take 1 damage per second and see bat swarms, silverfish, zombies, and have their vision darken greatly. They would also get Nausea and Mining Fatigue. This lasts for 1 minute. This has a large effect like Canary Cry.
    New Item: Fear Toxin
    Brewed by getting Awkward Potion then crafting it with slimeball, bonemeal, magma cream, and nether wart. This creates one Bottle of Fear Toxin which is used as fuel for Fear Toxin Blast. It is converted into an empty bottle after 20 uses of Fear Toxin Blast. This can be made into a Splash Potion by adding Gunpowder. Poison Ivy is immune to fear toxin.

    Bane (Comics) Tier 3
    *Venom Tank
    +7 Punch Damage
    +70% Attack Damage
    +35% Sprint Speed
    +2 Jump Height
    +6 Fall Resistance
    Press M to open a GUI with three slots, all three for Venom. (Crafted with Slimeball, Water, Blaze Powder, and Ender Pearl)
    Press N to inject Venom. This uses up one Bucket of Venom.
    Venom Stats
    *Leaping
    *Cellular Regeneration
    *4 extra hearts
    +10 Punch Damage
    +120% Attack Damage
    +3 Jump Height
    +10 Fall Resistance
    +40% Sprint Speed

    Catwoman (Comics) Tier 1
    *Acrobatics
    *Kick
    *Limited Wall Climbing
    +5 Punch Damage
    +7 Fall Resistance
    +40% Sprint Speed
    +3 Jump Height
    Abilities
    -Acrobatics: Double-tap Space while pointing at an enemy to flip over the enemy, ending up behind them facing their back. Also allows evasive movement (double tap A, S, or D to strafe in that direction)
    -Kick: Does 6 damage, has 1 second cooldown.
    -Climb Wall: Press N while jumping into a wall to latch onto it. Keep pressing N to jump up the wall slowly, going up 3 blocks per jump. If you fail the timing (there is a streak bar like treadmill) you will fall.
    Weapons
    -Whip: Right click to lash out with the whip, dealing 5 damage and making the enemy flinch twice as more.

    I think Senor cactus needs to have saturation whens hes in the sun or water or mebe even regen bc he is a cactus and both of them are good cactuses should get saturation in sun and regen in water

    I have a few suggestions
    -Cap's Shield shouldn't break.
    -Batman could have vision through smokes, that would be cool
    -Knockback modifiers on certain suits would be cool. Like + knockback for punches and + knockback resistance
    -Iron Man's repulsor beams could have +3 knockback
    -Some feature to negate fall damage for characters like Black Panther etc would be cool. Like rolling or something
    -A Shield Bash attack for Cap could be a thing. An attack that you use by punching while blocking, that does 2 damage and has high knockback and long cooldown.

    Obsidian (CW)

    Tier 3
    +90% Damage reduction
    +6 punch damage
    +50% Attack damage
    +2 jump height
    +4 fall resistance
    +15% Sprint speed
    Abilities
    Shadow form: Turn into a shadow cloud and while in this cloud you can not take any damage or deal damage to any player.
    Shadow chain:Used to grab enemys and throw them. This deals 1 and and a half hearts of damage
    (I don't have a name for this one)
    Abilty 3: Block the sun and cast a Giant shadowy night in a 30 block radius.
    If we see more of him Abilitys will go on. Since he has shadow powers.

    Natural abilities:
    When punching player or mob he will shock them. this will do a .5 attack damage for a second to the enemy.
    When he is hit he deals automatic .5 damage to the person or mob who hit him
    Abilities:
    Electric blast: Shoot a electric blast that deals 2 hearts of damage.
    Cool down time: 2 seconds.

    Agent Zero
    +90% Damage reduction

    +3.5 Jump height
    +2.5 Fall resistance
    +15% Sprint speed
    Ability 1: When hit (Ability must be turned on. It only lasts for 4.5 seconds to make it fair for the game. Has a 6 second cooldown.) you absorb damage. No damage done to you. A bar fills up in the corner.
    Ability 2: (Kinetic blast) The bar from ability one will shoot a blast from damage you were taken upon the enemy. This also messes with a healing factor. When they use the healing factor is instead injures them.
    Ability 3: Switch between kinetic blast and to Raw strength.
    Ability 4: (Raw strength) This deals as much damage you have taken from ability 1. just with punching. This makes him 10x stronger than normal.

    Wait, Black Panther has fall damage?
    That doesn't make any sense at all actually.
    Vibranium would completely absorb it, he would not even feel the shock.
    It is like that in the comic and from what we have seen in the movies, this trademark black panther abillity is defineatly also a think there.
